Send a deletion request

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my KickVerse account.
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to KickVerse. If you cannot access that address, explain this so support can help verify ownership. Never send your password or a verification code.
3. Support will verify ownership, explain the expected completion time and confirm when deletion is complete. Sending an email starts a manual request; it does not immediately delete your account.

Request account deletion by email

If the button does not open your email app, copy [email protected] into your email service. You can request deletion without reinstalling KickVerse.

Data included in the request

Deletion covers your KickVerse authentication account and personal data associated with it, including stored profile information, cloud-saved preferences and follows, and account-linked notification registrations, where present. Support will also address account-linked data held by service providers where applicable.

Your Google account is separate and is not deleted. Public football information and statistics that do not identify you remain available.

Local data and guest use

To clear data stored on your device, open KickVerse → Profile → Data & Privacy → Reset local profile. This clears local profile details, favorites, Active Days and notification preferences; Match Time Format is kept. Clearing app storage in Android settings clears the remaining local settings. A local reset does not delete your cloud account.

If you use KickVerse as a guest, mention this in your email. Support may need additional information to identify any associated server records.

Retention and exceptions

Personal account data is removed when the verified deletion request is completed. If specific records must be retained for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention, support will explain the affected data, reason and applicable retention period. Information that cannot be linked to your account, including aggregated or de-identified analytics, may remain.
