Using KickVerse

Users must use KickVerse lawfully and must not interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or misuse content made available through the website or app.

Closed testing and availability

KickVerse is currently in closed testing. Product availability and features may change before public launch, and no launch date is promised by these terms.

Access may be interrupted, limited or changed while testing, maintenance and product development continue.

Football content

Match information, news, videos and related football content can change or become unavailable. KickVerse does not guarantee that every item will always be complete, current or available.

Intellectual property

KickVerse branding and original website or app materials may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party football names, marks, content and other rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

KickVerse is provided on a pre-launch basis. Any final disclaimers, limitations, dispute provisions or governing-law terms require final business and legal review.
